A lower-cost place to start.
Two ways in. Workshops are short courses — you learn something specific, practice it, and take it home. Process groups are therapy, in a small consistent room. Workshops are a fraction of the cost of weekly sessions.

Start Here: Handling Hard Seasons
Learn what you can do at home to feel better.
4 weeks · $62.50/week · Dr. Alexandra Marcotte
When a hard season has you flooded, or checked out, this is where to begin.
Four weeks on how to read what's happening inside you and respond — instead of snapping, or going blank. You'll leave with a tool you can use in ninety seconds, and answer the “so what do I do about this?” question we all ask when life gets tough.
This workshop is not relationship or problem-specific, so it holds whatever you're carrying. You’ll reflect, practice, and learn what’s repeatable at home, in support of long-term change.
This might be you if —
you’re in a hard season in life and want to feel better
you see a problem but don’t have immediate solutions
you want something practical, but aren't sure what to practice

For Partners Attending Alone
Working on your half of the pattern.
12 weeks · $85/week · Dr. Alexandra Marcotte
Maybe you’ve been reaching for your partner for a long time, or you’ve been looking for solutions that will add value. But no matter how hard you try, it never works.
The pain lands in the same painful spot: “Is it me? Is it them? Are we just not compatible anymore?”
This workshop offers twelve weeks to support making sense of the cycle that keeps your relationship stuck, with a focus on your half of the pattern — and how to be reachable again. We’ll spend time organizing the protection you built to survive, the pain it was covering, and how to risk once more.
This might be you if —
you're the one who desperately wants repair, and you're running out of ways to say things aren’t ok
you've stopped bringing up the important stuff, and you're burned out from trying
you've gone quiet to get through it, and now you can't find your way back

After a Loss: Death, Divorce, or Estrangement
For missing conversations and complicated endings.
12 weeks · $85/week · Dr. Alexandra Marcotte
When someone is gone, what you needed to say doesn't always go with them. Find space for the unprocessed pain, whether the loss is with someone who has passed, someone you divorced, or someone who stopped answering. Learning what blocked that relationship from repair helps begin to stabilize the pain, allowing you to go deeper and respond to the heart of the hurt.
This might be you if —
you’re searching for closure, but don’t know where to begin
the conversation ended before you were ready and you're still carrying your half of it
you're trying to start anew, but don’t want to repeat old patterns

Men’s Group
Being present — for the people who matter, and for yourself.
Weekly, ongoing · Tuesdays 11:00 AM · online · $100/session ·
Dr. Jonathan Marcotte
Maybe you blow up and regret it. Maybe you've gone quiet and can't remember the last time you felt close to anyone. Maybe you're doing everything right — working hard, keeping the peace — and it still isn't landing, and you're tired of feeling like you can't win.
Most men handle it the same way: alone. Push through, stay busy, keep it together. It works, until it doesn't.
The strongest move isn't handling it alone. It's deciding not to.
Real conversation with men who get it. Open to any man, whatever you're carrying, and kept small so every man has room.
This might be you if —
you snap and then regret it
you've checked out, or gone numb
you're tired of walking on eggshells
you keep it all together, and it's quietly wearing you down
THERAPY GROUP · TX RESIDENTS · INTAKE REQUIRED
Now accepting clients. Start date to be confirmed once the group has a minimum enrollment. Adding your name moves it.
For Couples: Hold Me Tight®
For couples who keep having the same argument.
8 weeks · $165/week per couple · Dr. Jonathan Marcotte
Eight weeks alongside other couples doing the same work. You'll learn to catch the negative cycle of disconnection while it's happening — making sense of the chaos, discovering what’s underneath it, and repairing with new, deeper, and different conversations.
While learning alongside other couples provides a sense of community, all exercises are done privately, allowing you and your partner to move at your own pace without public sharing of your answers.
This might be you if —
you've felt more like roommates than spouses
you keep having the same argument
you feel distant, but don’t know how to close the gap
you’re not wanting therapy but want to feel better

Frequently Asked Questions
-
Workshops are billed by the seat, not by attendance — closer to a gym membership than a therapy session. That's what holds the group together for the people in it, and what gives you access to the content online while your cohort is running.
Billed monthly, or pay for the full workshop up front and save 5%.
The Men's Group is therapy and is billed per session.
-
Therapy groups range from 5-15, with a minimum of 5 to get started.
Workshops may have more participants, but are generally kept small to support learning, reflection, and engagement.
-
Groups go live when they have met the minimum requirement to run. In the event a group does not fill, the start date may be postponed to allow for additional enrollment, or alternatives may be offered to support your next steps.
-
Workshops: Some workshops are recorded to support flexibility and engagement, so a missed week isn’t missed learning.
Group Therapy: Standard therapy policies apply, including the 48-hr. cancellation notice.
