How Individual Supervision Works
Establish Goals. We’ll spend time getting to know you and your goals, so our work feels relevant and well-timed for your needs.
Create a Brave Space. Together we’ll explore what’s working, examine what isn’t, try on something new, and take risks.
Focus. Research shows that we can improve treatment outcomes by 50% through deliberate practice. We’ll stay focused so you get space to practice, apply (and dare we say role play…) evidence-based skills that bring you and your clients long-term success.
Progress. We value your feedback and believe inviting reflection regarding your progress, our working alliance, and your overall satisfaction in supervision is pivotal! We’ll check-in at regular intervals to promote transparency and confidence in the process.
