We know your mission is rooted in care. But passion alone won’t shift the cycle of conflict that hurts your couples. Feeling confident, with a validated map, is key to change.

Developed by Dr. Sue Johnson, EFT offers therapists a clear, effective roadmap for helping clients with emotional distress and disconnection in their most important relationships.

The modality’s efficacy is well-supported by empirical, peer reviewed outcome research, making it a credible and respected approach in the therapeutic community. EFT is considered an APA gold standard for treating relationship distress, as well as evidence based for depression, anxiety, and PTSD. Learn more here.
