Sacred Ground Psychotherapy (SGP) is a private mental health clinic located in Keller, TX that specializes in helping adults and couples connect in their most important relationships through the integration of faith and science. Job Description:

SGP invites applications for a part-time administrative position. With flexible hours and opportunities to work remotely, we invite applicants who are interested in working collaboratively with our team to help direct and support business operations, marketing, and clinic growth. 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Maintain SGP standards outlined in employee handbook

  • Collaborate with clinic directors to design and implement business plans and strategies to promote the attainment of long-term goals

  • Plan, implement and generate workflow to achieve the company’s goals

  • Create and maintain a budget that will effectively meet the needs of the organization

  • Ensure that the company has the adequate and suitable resources to complete its activities

  • Organize and coordinate operations in ways that ensure maximum productivity

  • Assess overall company performance against objectives

  • Ensure adherence to legal rules and guidelines

  • Work collaboratively to support other team members

  • Participate in networking and marketing as needed 

Minimum Requirements:

  1. Bachelors in Business Management or related field; MSc/MA will be a plus

  2. Proven experience as business manager or relevant role

  3. Excellent organizational and leadership skills

  4. Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities

  5. Thorough understanding of diverse business processes and strategy development

  6. Excellent knowledge of MS Office, databases and information systems

  7. Good understanding of research methods and data analysis techniques

  8. Is eager to work collaboratively within a team setting to further the mission and values of SGP

  9. Commitment to cultural humility and lifelong learning
